A. Paid Consultation ₹999

A one-on-one mentorship session with Gaurrav Gondaliya or an authorized mentor.

This is a paid service with refund and rescheduling terms defined below.

Consultation Refund Policy

Important Notice

By booking a consultation, you agree that the ₹999 fee is generally non-refundable, except when cancellation is initiated by the Company, or where required under applicable law.

No refund will be issued for:

Change of mind
Missing the session (no-show)
Personal scheduling issues
Dissatisfaction after session
Technical issues on user side
Decision not to continue Direct Selling

Rescheduling Policy

We offer one-time rescheduling under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Request made 24+ hours before session
Valid reason provided
New slot within 15 days

Limitations

Only one reschedule allowed
Less than 24 hrs notice = no reschedule
Missing rescheduled session = no further changes

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation is allowed
But no refund will be issued

You may reschedule if eligible (see Section 4).

Cancellation by Company

In rare cases (emergency, technical issue, etc.), we will offer:

It will be considered completed
